These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sivori (the "Service"), including our website and mobile app. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sivori lets you save links to recipe videos from third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube) and converts them into structured recipes — ingredients and steps — that you can save, organize, and view.

Sivori is not affiliated with, and does not claim endorsement from, any of the platforms whose content you may link to.

You need an account to save and organize recipes. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service at scale.
• Redistribute or resell recipes or content extracted through the Service in bulk.

When you submit a link, Sivori extracts recipe information (such as ingredients and steps) for your personal use. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to save and use the content you submit. We respond to valid copyright claims and may remove content or suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights.

Sivori offers a free tier and optional paid plans with additional features. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Pricing and features are described in the app at the time of purchase and may change with notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recipes are generated automatically from third-party videos and may contain errors, so use your judgment — especially around allergens, substitutions, and food safety.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sivori is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
